Anxiety in the younger child presents most often as physical symptoms such as tummy ache, headache, vomiting or tremors. We will discuss how to spot anxiety symptoms in your child, how to differentiate them from other more worrying pathological problems and how to try to unpick what is bothering them. We will also cover how to manage your own anxiety in front of your children which maybe fueling this and what strategies you can employ to help your child. We will also cover issues around sleeping which is often linked with family dynamics, stress and parenting styles.
